C.Ronaldo is leaving MU

Ronaldo was determined to ‘defect’ from Old Trafford this summer after a failed season in a Man Utd shirt. The 37-year-old striker’s agent actively contacted many big teams in Europe, including names like Chelsea, Atletico Madrid, Napoli or even Bayern, but was rejected.

The Bundesliga rival of the ‘Bavarian gray lob’, Borussia Dortmund, emerged as a potential rescue site for CR7’s future in the middle of last week. The move to the Ruhr team will help Ronaldo satisfy his desire to play in the European Cup. However, Dortmund’s CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke poured cold water on the above information when he confirmed that he was not interested in the Portuguese superstar.

Before the information related to Ronaldo and Dortmund, Bayern Munich head coach Julian Nagelsmann recently had an interesting share:

“Honestly, I don’t care if Cristiano comes to Borussia or not! That’s not it! The only thing I know is that he has a contract with Man United and I have learned not to talk about players who are not my team.”

Nagelsmann also feels that the former Real Madrid striker’s salary is too high compared to the economics of the teams playing in the Bundesliga:

“I think many clubs want him, but 15 clubs in Germany can’t pay him. annual salary for Cristiano. And I don’t see him as worthy of 500,000 euros a week – I simply can’t imagine.”

As for why clubs might want to sign Ronaldo, Nagelsmann admitted:

“Everybody knows that he is a great player, capable of scoring a lot of goals. And if you have him You will sell a lot of shirts.”

Ronaldo scored 24 goals for Man United in his first season back at the club after decades away, but the efforts of the five-time Ballon d’Or winner did not pay off as the Red Devils only finished in second place. 6th place and did not have any major or minor titles.
